Our return and refund policy is designed to provide our customers with confidence and peace of mind. Please read the terms below regarding product returns and refunds:
Defective or Incorrect Products
We offer a warranty for the exchange of products in cases of manufacturing defects or if the received item is different from what was ordered.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team via email within 3 days of receiving the product.
Include clear photos of the defect or the incorrect product received.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. Once the issue is confirmed, we will reach out to you with the following options:
Receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
Receive a replacement product, identical to the one ordered.
Select a product of similar value as a replacement.
Obtain a store credit equal to the value of the product for future purchases.
Limitations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products due to incorrect size selection by the customer. Sizing charts with measurements in centimeters are provided to help you choose the correct size.
Returns for reasons such as dissatisfaction with color, size, model, or other non-defect-related reasons are not covered under this policy.
