Delivery Timeframes

Refund Policy
In the rare event that your order is lost or exceeds the 30-business-day delivery timeframe, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.
Handling Delays

If the carrier has no record of your shipment, please reach out to us, and we will investigate the issue with our suppliers. Once a logistics problem is confirmed, we will proceed with a full refund.
Successful Delivery and Failed Attempts
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete address information. After three failed delivery attempts, your package may be held at the nearest carrier facility for pick-up. If the package is not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe, additional storage fees may apply, depending on the item's weight and size.
